Our Menus

Following a good crop of Victoria plums from an established tree on Our Farm, fruits were picked daily and added straight onto the menu at Rogan & Co. Our 'Set jasmine cream, plums cooked in shiso, roasted almond' on the dessert menu now, showcases this magnificent fruit.

At L'Enclume, our strawberry dessert from the height of summer now features blackberries, served with muscovado and sheep's yoghurt, fragrant cream and herbs. 'Aynsome offering, vegetables, herb and flowers' celebrates the very best of Our Farm's produce and 'East Coast lobster and half dried tomato tart, Our Farm honey and tagetes' - uses the first honey from our bees.
