Our Dark Chocolate Fondants are the perfect dessert for entertaining friends and family. Simply reheat at home and serve with our indulgent Mandarin Custard.

Storage: Please be sure to refrigerate your chocolate fondant immediately once delivered.

Please bear in mind when ordering this product that the chocolate fondant is a perishable item and has a shelf-life of 3-days from the delivery date.


2 x Chocolate Fondant
1 x Mandarin Custard for 2
1 x Orange Oil for 2
1 x Printed Instructions

Baking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180c.

Remove the foil lid from the chocolate fondant and, keeping it in its foil container, place onto an ovenproof tray and into the preheated oven for 9 minutes.
After 9 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
Transfer the mandarin custard into a small saucepan and warm over a low heat.
Stir the custard constantly and do not allow it to come to a simmer, otherwise it will scramble!

Carefully turn the fondant out of its foil cup into the centre of your bowl.
Sprinkle a touch of Maldon sea salt over the fondant.
Drizzle the orange oil over the top of the fondant.
Decant the mandarin custard into a small jug and serve alongside the fondant to pour at the table.
