Simon Rogan Coffee & Juniper Rub


Made using juniper berries which have been foraged by our chefs from the Lake District countryside, this rub has a deeply savoury and earthy taste. The acidity of the coffee helps tenderise meat, making it perfect for steaks or chicken thighs.

Mix with a splash of oil and rub onto meat. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 1-2 hours, up to 24 hours, for the best flavour before grilling or roasting.


Use by date: approx 12 months


Maldon Sea Salt, Ground Coffee 35%, Juniper Berries 9%, Garlic Powder, Chilli Powder.
