During the spring, Our Farm head chef Liam Fitzpatrick, and a handful of our restaurant teams scoured The Lakes for wild garlic, also known as ramsons. Our chefs hand-pick and use every part of this plant, from the capers and flowers to the vibrant leaves. This oil has been made from the leaves, preserving this seasonal ingredient for use throughout the year.

Use to dress fresh pasta, salads or to make a homemade wild garlic mayonnaise.


Use by date: approx 12 months

Please note as we use fresh products sediment may build up at the bottom of the bottle, before use please shake for best results.
